Course Description: A brief but intensive review of the major topics covered in drawing: figure drawing, measuring, controlling value to describe volume and space clearly. Student will become familiar fore, middle and background as regards to both landscape drawing and in drawings of interiors and drawings that move from inside to outside, the uses of narrative in drawings and the role drawing has played in the development of western art. The class not only improves technical skills is opens eyes and mind to the full potential of drawing.
